Terms & Conditions

Payments

• Payment is required prior to booking.
• You must have valid sessions or an active membership to attend class.
• All purchases are final unless required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
• Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

Studio Cancellations

• Hoi reserves the right to cancel classes due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances.
• If cancelled, you will be notified at least 2 hours prior to class start and your session will be returned.

Arrival Policy

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins.
• Arriving at or after the class start time is considered late.
• Reformers left empty at the start of class may be allocated to waitlisted clients.

Waitlists

• If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
• If a space becomes available, you will be added automatically and notified via email or text. Please monitor your waitlists like your class bookings.
• Our 6 hour cancellation policy applies to waitlisted bookings.

Medical & Safety

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
• Please inform us prior to class if you are pregnant, postpartum, post-surgery, injured, or managing a medical condition.
• Hoi reserves the right to restrict attendance or require medical clearance where necessary.
• Participation is at your own risk.

Liability

• By attending Hoi, you acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks and you voluntarily assume responsibility for participation.
• Hoi, its owners and instructors are not liable for injury, loss or damage sustained while attending the studio.

Sessions, memberships and intro offers:

• Are non-transferable.
• Cannot be shared between individuals.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Cards

• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• They are redeemable for classes and retail products at Hoi.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Pricing Changes

• Hoi reserves the right to update pricing. Members will receive 4 weeks written notice of any changes.

Photography

• Hoi may occasionally capture photography or video for marketing purposes. Please notify us in writing if you prefer not to be included.
